Meet "The Blanco's"

Gina and Richard are the heart and soul of "The Blanco Team" and proud members of the world's largest real estate sales team. From the beginning we both started everything together. First we attended Gold Coast School of Real Estate one of South Florida's best. There we studied together very hard to obtain both our Real Estate and Mortgage Broker licenses. Shortly after that we joined Century 21 Bona Fide Realty and Equal Mortgage where we became "The Blanco Team".

Gina Blanco

On March 25, 1954, I was born in Havana, Cuba. As a child, my parents wanted to leave communism behind, so we immigrated to the United States and settled down in South Florida.

I grew up in Miami, graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 1972 and attended Miami Dade Community College where I majored in Business Administration.Then I married Richard, had two wonderful boys and became a Consumer Loan Officer for many years in a local bank.

Some years later after attending Gold Coast School of Real Estate, my husband and I became licensed mortgage brokers and real estate agents.

After 33 years of marriage and the proud grandparents of two beautiful girls, we enjoy our family very much. Richard and I are “The Blanco Team.” We’re associated with Century 21 Bona Fide Realty in Miami and Equal Mortgage.

Richard Blanco

I was born in Havana, Cuba, on June 26, 1950 and immigrated to the United States in mid 1964 to escape communist Cuba. My family and I lived in Miami and I graduated from Miami Senior High School. Afterwards, I attended Miami Dade Community College and majored in Business Administration.

After college I acquired excellent sales and customer service experience in the consumer electronics business. I married the other half of “The Blanco Team” in August of 1972 and am the proud father of two boys, now men.

In years to come, my wife and I together attended Gold Coast School of Real Estate and became both licensed mortgage brokers and real estate agents.

I am also enjoying the two beautiful granddaughters we now have. Whenever we’re not working we spend as much time as possible with our family.

My wife of 33 years, Gina, and I, enjoy working together in South Florida as real estate agents with Century 21 Bona Fide Realty in Miami and Equal Mortgage.

We pride ourselves in our work and our family.
